at Elysian Capitol Hill

Cedrela Odorata is the latest in Elysian's Capitol Hill Series – a collection of new and old beers from Elysian’s original Capitol Hill brewhouse – and is the third of six to be released in 2017.

Join us on the Hill on Friday, May 5th for a ceremonial tapping of the Cedrela Odorata and toast from Capitol Hill Lead Brewer, Hiawatha Rhyans. All proceeds from Cedrela Odorata sold during the event will go to Motley Zoo Animal Rescue, the Redmond based non-profit organization that is a foster-based, volunteer run animal rescue, assisting local, national, and international animals (primarily dogs and cats) in need. Oh, and did we mention Deep Sea Diver will perform?

Beer tapping at 7pm. No cover. 21+.
