Brave Horse is proud to host Pfriem Family Brewers and Chuckanut Brewing for our annual Seattle Beer Week dinner! This collaboration dinner is reuniting Josh Pfriem and the gang at Chuckanut, a relationship born many years ago when Josh honed his amazing brew skillz with the award winning brewery, before heading down to Hood River to craft his own amazing beer.

Chef Brian has worked up a beautiful menu to go with the delicious beers from these two spectacular breweries. Only $60!!

First Course: Caramelized Heirloom Carrot, Roasted Apricot, Ricotta
Paired with: Chuckanut Vienna Lager

Second Course: Quick Cured Yellowtail, Sour Apple, Lime Curd, Jalapeno, Radish
Paired with: Pfriem Flanders Blonde

Third Course: Tamworth Prosciutto, Yeasted Biscuit, Raclette, Beer Jelly
Paired with: Pfriem Saison

Fourth Course: Braised Pork Shoulder, Einkorn Wheat, Roasted Grapes, Red Eye Jus
Paired with: Chuckanut Alt

Fifth Course: Caramelized Chocolate Stout Cake, Salted Caramel, Espresso Custard, Barley Brittle
Paired with: Chuckanut Export Stout & Pfriem Coffee Lager

Along with these courses we will have a special beer to greet you upon arrival and a special treat from Pfriem's cellar to end the night.
