A beer dinner to end all beer dinners featuring brews from six different Trappist houses paired with some of the finest food to come out of Quinn's kitchen. It's no-holds-barred with the Odom Corporation, Merchant Du Vin, Trappist Brewery Chimay and Quinn's all teaming up for an exclusive Seattle Beer Week event! Highlights from a 5+ course dinner includes Sturgeon with Bacon Foam, Local Squab stuffed with Foie Gras Royale and Beer Washed Artisanal Cheeses.
$100 per person (plus tax & tip) includes all food and beverage as well as some great history and special take-home gifts.
