Brewed in collaboration with our friends Elmer and Izumi at Midnite Ramen, this rice lager was brewed specifically to pair with their amazing ramen. Midnite Ramen will be on site serving the best ramen in Seattle and for one night only we'll be serving special matcha beers using the Elmer's Midday Lager!
