The Collective is all about beer, the best of craft beer actually. While our focus is on Washington craft beer you will find guest taps that represent best of breed brewing from around the country. We've also got select wines from around the globe... a handful from the immediate area, but most are oddballs you won't find in the local tasting rooms.

Don't know much about beer? Don't worry. We stand by our motto, "GOOD BEER, NO BULL" with passion. You might find some of us to be beer geeks for sure, but beer snobs? No way. We will absolutely have recommendations for you if the taplist is daunting, but sometimes we might be sampling a fresh tap right along with you. And don’t be surprised if the guy or gal next to you is one of our local brewers... they love to visit their taphandles.

And food? Yes, we have food. We specialize in small plates... mostly because we are not a full commercial kitchen. If you are looking for a soup to nuts, hostess monitored, cloth napkin kind of experience, you won't find it here. What you will find are handmade meatballs, pizzas, freshly candied bacon and tons of other rotating grazer foods that pair perfectly with our beer. Sorry, no burgers or fries, guys!

In all, the Collective is about our community. In the short time we've been open, we've met hundreds of local people... our new friends on Facebook, beer blog readers, local paper parsers and people who have just driven by our sign and decided to check us out. This is our essential mission. Our goal is to unite our community. Beer people rock. Beer people talk to the person next to them. Beer people know quality and respect the process. This is our Collective.
