Sam’s Tavern started in the 1940’s, the original birthplace of Red Robin standing at the corner of Furhman and Eastlake in Seattle. Before they served gourmet burgers, offered bottomless fries, and adding the name “Red Robin”, it was just “Sam’s Tavern” and then “Sam’s Red Robin”. After dropping the name Sam, the rest is history….or is it?
Fast forward 70 years later the originator “Sam’s Tavern” is reborn. Now we’re in three locations…in the heart of Capitol Hill off 11th and Pike, in South Lake Union on 9th Ave and Harrison Street, and now in Redmond, WA, right off of Redmond Way.
We are a burger joint!
