West Seattle's German Style Pub opened December 2nd, 2008, Prost! West Seattle is Chris Navarra's 4th German style tavern in Seattle. His first bar, Prost!, has been serving Phinney Ridge Germany's finest since 2002.

The second, die BierStube, has been Roosevelt's favorite German pub since 2004, and Feierabend has been serving South Lake Union German cuisine and bier since 2006.

After spending much of his childhood in Germany visiting family, Chris decided Seattle needed to experience bier the way it should be served. Most of the pictures on the walls of Prost! West Seattle are of Chris' home town and family.

Each bier is imported from Germany and served in the appropriate style of glassware and poured as they are in Germany.
