Sean Paxton, better known as the Homebrew Chef, is cooking his first dinner in Seattle to my knowledge. Seans culinary mastery has graced many tables throughout San Francisco, GABF, the craft Brewers Conference, and even as far north as Portland. Finally Sean is coming to Seattle during Seattle Beer Week.
Sean has been a long advocate of cooking, and pairing with beer.He has worked with many renowned breweries from all of the world. Monday May 17th he teams up with Firestone Walker, as he has on occasions past, to bring his mastery to Brouwer's Cafe. Tickets will go fast for this one!
