Rock fish, red onion, papaya, yellow bell pepper & toasted hemp seeds, marinated in Union Jack
Finished with a dried plantain chip, Union Jack beer foam & Jamaican spiced rim

Pastrami spiced lamb cheeks slow cooked in Hemp Ale
Rye caraway bread pudding infused with duck eggs & stuffed with gruyère cheese,
Two thousand island sauce made with duck tongues

A Velvet Merkin root vegetable stew served under a marinated & grilled buffalo hanger steak
